Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business/marketing
• At least 6 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in a mobile accessories company is a MUST
• Experienced in working effectively in manufacturing field
• Able to cooperate with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D,Engineering, Production, Quality )
• Previous In-field sales or technical product knowledge is a great advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Excellent persuasive and influencing skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with existing and potential clients
• Support, manage and motivate sales team
• Monitor and drive sales performance, achievements and success against targets
• Identify areas for growth for current business channels
• Seek opportunities for new business development in potential sales channels
• Propose new product launch plans every quarter
• Collect market information on regular basis and stay updated on competitive landscape, pricing and product trends
• Facilitate a team work environment.
