Responsibilities:

• Quotations and contracts preparation
• Price sourcing and negotiation with vendors on computer parts
• Work closely with internal parties on order requirements, service delivery, billing…etc
• Handle and process internal/external customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed timely and thoroughly
• Responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining sales data and ensure all data are recorded in the system timely and accurately

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• With 1 year of sales support/sales administration experience
• Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Good time management and communication skill
• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Good command of written and spoken English and fluency in speaking Cantonese
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon – Fri), 9:00 AM to 1:00PM (Sat)
• Working location: Shatin
