Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To serve and handle customer's requests, enquiries, orders and complaints
- Provide counter services to our customers if necessary
- Handle the customers orders processing & following up the orders
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by manager
- Shift work required 10:00 - 19:00 (Mon-Fri), 10:00 - 14:00 (Alternative Saturday working)
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with working experience in call center or customer service field would be definite advanced
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
- Working experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
