Job Description

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidates who is eager to learn and grow with the company.

   

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver quality customer services by handling customer enquiries and answering incoming calls
  • Assist in carrying out ad-hoc tasks as allocated by Team Leader / Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 /DSE graduate or equivalent qualifications
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer service oriented, optimistic, good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Able to work on shift; Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Working Schedule: average 2-3 working days per week
  • Work location: Mei Foo
