Job Description
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidates who is eager to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality customer services by handling customer enquiries and answering incoming calls
- Assist in carrying out ad-hoc tasks as allocated by Team Leader / Manager
Requirements:
- Form 5 /DSE graduate or equivalent qualifications
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Customer service oriented, optimistic, good interpersonal and listening skills
- Able to work on shift; Immediate available is highly preferred
- Working Schedule: average 2-3 working days per week
- Work location: Mei Foo
