為配合客戶業務需要，香港電訊專業客服現正為一香港發鈔銀行的客戶服務熱線招聘上述職位。
職務：
- 負責接聽及解答一般客戶服務查詢
- 提供有關服務的資訊及詳情
職位要求：
- 中五或中學文憑以上程度(歡迎應屆中學文憑試畢業生申請)
- 良好中文及英文讀寫能力
- 樂於助人，性格開朗，良好溝通能力
- 需輪班工作 (星期一至五：上午九時至下午九時；星期六：上午9時至下午一時；星期日及公眾假期休息)
- 工作地點：美孚
