Job Description

Working in a highly collaborative, dynamic team, the incumbent belongs to the Automotive, Medical, Industrial & Instrumentation (AMI&I) business unit in Asia pacific that oversee customer account activities at the assigned plant; manage to grow profitable revenue and market share from assigned customers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifies & develops business, develops the strategy and execution plans to meet the goals of the assigned accounts and territories.
  • Oversee account sales planning, organize, lead and control balanced sales account growth, continued account penetration and customer satisfaction on a long-term multi-year focus. 
  • Identify new selling opportunities; deploy resources, across the assigned geography for efficient customer coverage.
  • Oversee customer account activities at the assigned plant. Responsible for continuously improving the customer satisfaction levels of the assigned account base.
  • Negotiate contracts and work with Sales Management and TTM Legal to ensure proper negotiation with the customer.
  • Direct and supervise assigned sales personnel to achieve unit revenue and expense objectivesResponsible for the development and coaching of the assigned sales team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA or other relevant subject
  • 5- 15 years of PCB sales experience of which 3 to 6 years of supervisory sales      experience.
  • Knowledge of selling techniques in prospecting, engaging, and closing sales. 
  • Experienced in PCB Industry, knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage sales associates from a remote location staying up-to date on customer requirements and product developments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in gathering information for market intelligence and determining customer specific needs and requirements.
