WATPURE (Hong Kong) is the sole distributor of the WATPURE brand in Hong Kong, Macau and China, distributing water filtration products manufactured in and imported from the US, UK, Germany and Japan.

Founded in 1931, WATPURE inherits British technological spirit and focus on research and development in water filtration and safeguards people’s health. With advanced technology from the US, WATPURE invented the Maglev technology in 2008. Maglev technology is the first in the industry to be certified by the US National Sanitation Foundation to simultaneously reduce Arsenic, Mercury and Lead, making our technology insurmountable.

職位：淨水器銷售顧問

入職要求：

l   2-3年零售經驗

l   具家電品牌零售經驗者優先

l   主動積極、良好銷售技巧及顧客服務技巧

l   具團隊合作精神、良好溝通、組織技巧及能適應快速工作環境

l   有責任心、工作穩定、親切有禮、熱誠

l   良好粵語、英語及普通話

工作職責：

l   維持店舖日常運作

l   以專業顧問身份推廣及銷售WATPURE磁浮碳晶淨水器

l   為顧客提供卓越服務，提升顧客對品牌及服務的滿意度

l   遵照公司指引，達到甚至超越公司訂下的銷售目標

l   貨場及倉存管理以確保存貨充足

l   整理貨物及保持店內清潔

工作地點：沙田/黃埔

平均薪資：$13,000 - $15,000

Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

l   Have comprehensive understanding of products

l   Interact with customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

l   Build productive trust relationship with customers

l   Follow up customers a need

l   Achieve sales goal and maintain the operation of retail branch store

l   Cooperate with the need of head office to carry out promotional activities

l   Maintain branch store display and appearance based on the guideline of head office

l   Assist in store operations and daily housekeeping of merchandise

l   Weekend and public holidays shift work is required

Personal Profile:

l   Good team player, optimistic, pleasant, energetic, and service-oriented

l   Excellent in building and keeping relationship with customers

l   Have sales experience in luxury industry

l   Have a dignified deportment

Requirements:

l   Form 5 or above

l   At leave 2-3 years or above related experience in retail sales

l   Good in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Salary & Remuneration Package:

l   HKD$ 13,000-15,000 per month

l   Attractive Bonus and commission offer

Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency

l   Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver excellent customer services,

l   Train, develop and coach the associate team; provide appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability

l   Liaise between Sales Professionals and Retail Manager

l   Build customer loyalty through in-store experience, utilization of social media and email capture

l   Oversee renewal of window and in-store displays in line with directives from the Brand and Corporation

Personal Profile:

l   Good team leader, optimistic, pleasant, energetic, and service-oriented

l   Excellent in building and keeping relationship with customers

l   Have a dignified deportment

Requirements:

l   5 years of experience in retail with at least 3 years in management role preferably in luxury fields

l   Sales driven and target oriented

l   Strong leadership and people management skills

l   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

l   Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Salary & Remuneration Package:

l   HKD$ 18,000-20,000 per month
