The Job 

     Being a key member of the Commercial Hotline – SME Solution Team, the job holder will: 

• Develop sales strategy by positioning communications and mobility service
• Develop long-term customer growth strategy to sustain and achieve sales pipeline and enhance customer’s stickiness and loyalty
• Keep abreast of the latest trend of ICT products and solutions, plan and formulate winning sales strategy to generate sales leads in existing accounts, ultimately to optimize sales achievementand maximize the Commercial sales revenue and market share
• Build rapport with SME corporate customers and promote our products and services via active up/cross-sellings
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure good working relationship with support to SME customer’s account

The Person

• Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years’ solid sales experience in managing corporate clients, preferably with sales management experience and proven good track record in sales expansion
• Sound business acumen with strong leadership and people management skill to motivate the sales team to achieve sales target
• Sales and customer oriented with strong will to win, tactful and creative in agile business environment
• Excellent selling, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships with client decision makers and key internal stakeholders
