Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle and follow up customers’ incoming call, complaints and enquiries
- Maintain and update customers' database
- Responsible for renew service contract with customers
- Prepare monthly customer-related / internal reports
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above / DSE graduate with at least 1 - 2 years working experience. Less experience but with passionate to develop in CS field will be considered
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge and proficiency in Chinese word processing
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner
- Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
- Saturday shift (half day) is required but will be compensated by substitution holiday
