Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to Customer Service Manager and staff with the objective to ensure service levels and performance goals.
  • Supervise the team who are mainly working on documentation and client's system.
  • Monitor the team to send out daily communications to external/ internal customers within a timeframe per SOP requirements.
  • Ensure team to communicate with external/ internal customers in effective and appropriate manner.
  • Follow up telephone enquirers with customers.
  • Participate in ad-hoc project deal in complying with rush-order placed by the customers.
  • Communicate proactively external/ internal customers related to export business.
  • Implement the proper procedures in compliance with company policy and regulations as required.
  • Plan and ensure to maximize the productivity in the team.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • College Degree or above
  • Three (3) years experince in customer service and interaction, preferably in freight forwarding industry
  • Mature in Leadership & Team oriented
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills are essential.
  • Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese (Mandarin) required for smooth operation of business
