Job Description & Responsibilities
- Mandarin & English customer service for airbnb users.
- Will manage emails, calls and other communications effectively as well as customer queries and advise on product promotions.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide travel community.
- Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
- Be a first point of contact to handle customer complaints.
- Respond professionally to inbound phone calls with a friendly manner, including urgent situations
Job Requirements
- Those who can 24x7 shift work
- Native Mandarin and above intermediate level of English
- University degree or above(4 years)
- H1, D10, F2/4/5/6 visa holder
- Working visa can be supported if candidates meet the requirements
Location : Korea, Bucheon city(subway line no. Songnae station)
Working time :
- 24x7 shift schedule work (365 days)
- Operation hour : 24 hours from Monday to Sunday
- Shift work : 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Fixed schedule will change every month
Salary : Monthly average 1.8 KRW ~ 2.84 KRW
- No company dormitory & airplane support
- Night shift incentives for night shift staffs
- Transportation fee will be given for staffs get off the work when there is no the public transportation

Recruitment Process

- Training will be processed for 3 weeks.
- 30,000 KRW will be given after the training graduation only except giving up candidates
