As the first and primary point of contact with our retail customers, the Shop Associate (Part and Full Time) is an integral part of the team representing the company’s core identity. The sales associates report directly to the Store Supervisor, and indirectly to the Operations Supervisor.

Primary responsibilities

• To deliver a positive customer service experience in line with our brand’s identity
• To perform Opening, Daily and Closing duties, as per standard operation procedures
• To maintain a clean, orderly and good image in the store at all times
• To assist with daily administrative and merchandising work
• To be pleasant, proactive, energetic and courteous and responsible
• To adhere to company uniform standards and SOPs at all times
• Other Adhoc duties as advised by the management

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experienced in retail sales
• Willing to learn and enjoy working with people
• Good attitude and very strong team spirit
