Responsibilities:

• Ensure the food produced are in good qualities and displays exceptional hospitality
• Assist in managing the counter daily operations; manpower arrangement and goods management and ordering
• Monitor and coach the team in the daily operations, ensure the food qualities and service level are consistent with company standards  
  
  

Requirements:

• DSE graduate or above
• Min. 1-year managing experience gained in F&B Industry
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Outgoing and energetic personality with strong leadership skills and a good team player
