Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement of Marketing Plan and Category Plan for HK and Macau Market;
• Develop ATL & BTL materials to promote Saint Honore brand image as well as its festive products and cake & bakery products;
• Liaise with external agencies and in-house designers to produce high quality advertising, promotion, packaging and visual merchandising materials, as well as construct effective media plans and support PR and market research initiatives;
• Manage assigned product category performance by developing new products, organizing A&P activities to drive sales; the ultimate objective is to achieve the financial goals;
• Collaborate with manufacturing team on product development and launch, and with operations team to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and product launch at store level;

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in marketing and product/ category management from retail sector. Candidates with food & festive products experience is preferred;
• Passionate with food products development a definite asset;
• Strong analytical, organization and communication skills; effective time and project management skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
