Our business partner in insurance industry, is looking for Accounting Officer to cope with their expanding business.

Job Duties:

1)      Support day-to-day accounting operations , monthly and quarterly reports and statements

2)      Handle the transaction reconciliation with different insurers

3)      Handle the commission payouts to business partners.

4)      Handle daily payment transactions, vouchers, bank reconciliation and cash flow management to HK & PRC offices.

5)      Assist in annual audit, tax and company secretarial filing

6)      Monthly reports on income and expenditure

Requirement:

1)      Experience in full sets of accounts

2)      LCCI Third Level or above

3)      3 years or above accounting experience

4)      Initiative, Independent, good interpersonal & organizing skills

5)      Proficiency in MS office and chinese word processing, Ms excel is a must

6)      Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
