Job Description
Key responsibilities:
-
Achieve assigned sales targets;
-
Review market analyses to determine customer needs and price schedules;
-
Foster positive working relationships between MGA and customer organizations to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction;

Generate new ideas for product opportunities;
-
Monitor and evaluate competitions’ activities and products;
-
Represent MGA at Toy Fairs to promote products and network with relevant stakeholders;
-
Prepare periodic reports of sales volume and support sales forecasting activities;
-
Maintain accuracy of online systems designed to report status and progress.
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Business Management or equivalent;
-
Typically 10+ years’ experience in Toy industry of which 3 years must be in a similar capacity;

Superior knowledge and relationship with key distributors in the Asia Pacific region;

A proven track record of consistently maintaining a robust sales pipeline that supports/exceeds revenue forecasts;

Must be a team player, action and results oriented;
-
Must be business savvy, have strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals timely;

Excellent command of written and oral communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, knowledge of another language is an added advantage;

Frequent travel is required
