Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main point of contact with our franchisee clients across the region and coordinating all the activities
• Responsible for account management, sales management, order taking and conducting all the sales activities
• Prepare, collect and verify franchisees' reports, such as: sell out report, sell thru report, stores opening report, SWOT, seasonal competitors' pricing report
• Monitor franchisee’s inventory, shipment and payment status
• Preparing pricing, order form, merchandising materials and delivery window for seasonal sale campaign
• Participate in our seasonal sale campaign and support showroom operations and related activities
• Partner with Visual Merchandising & Marketing team for related activities 
• Conduct seasonal product training
• Assist and handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University Degree in Textiles, Clothing, Fashion Design or relevant disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in wholesale industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong in excel skills (pivot table, v-look up)
• Experience working in international fashion brand is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, mature and a team player
