Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Responsibilities:
- Handle routine enquires & complains in a professional and effective manner
- Cope with daily work-related problems by providing prompt feedback and solution
- Follow up and coordinate issues and projects related to increase customer satisfaction and other
- duties as assigned by station Manager
- Maintain effective communication with customer and overseas agents & offices
- Ensure bookings are well planned, work close with ground handlers, airlines partners for smooth operation handling
- Assist in the daily/ Monthly reports for management & principles
- Handle problem cases and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year or above Customer Service experience in Freight Forwarding Company/Airlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and overtime
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
Our office at Kwun Tong, and offer 5.5 days work with bank holidays
