Reporting to the Director of Operations and Customer Service, you will be supporting the customer service and administrative team handling incoming enquiries as well as developing marketing material to clients.  This role requires individuals with strong communication skills and a customer service mindset by ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and email enquires in a professional manner

- Follow up with customer requests within a specific time frame while ensuring a high quality service

- Document all calls and information according to standard operating procedures

- Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Team to enhance sales cycle efficiency 

- Perform other administrative duties as required

- Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the Company

Requirements:

- Degree holder with min 1 year working experience preferably in the industry of  Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management or Call Centre

- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills

- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and a good team player

- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must

- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word-processing
