Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of online investment service team to ensure quality services are delivered and enhance the customer relationship
• Handle and ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively with other support teams
• Forecast workload, manpower and prepare roaster
• Provide the trainings and performance monitoring to the team for improving productivity and service quality
• Conduct and review the training materials for existing and new staffs
• Work on ad-hoc projects with other teams to deliver the high quality service to customers

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related discipline
• At least 3 years in management role
• Minimum 8 years' call center or customer service experience
• Previous customer service experience gained from sizable company is preferred
• Strong leadership skills, pleasant, mature, self-motivated, independent, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good Chinese word processing and PC knowledge in Window Applications (e.g. Word and Excel)
