Asset Growth Executive

MetroResidences is seeking for a young and energetic individual to join us as an Asset Growth Executive based in Hong Kong. 

As an Asset Growth Executive, you are responsible for increasing the supply of serviced apartments in the platform. To do so, you will be liaising with the property developers, existing serviced apartment operators and homeowners to convince them to convert their property into a quality corporate serviced apartment with MetroResidences. This position will report to Country Manager based in Hong Kong.

The Job:

• Source for new asset owners with residential assets through serviced apartment company, property funds, agent network, direct marketing, and referral program;

• Inspect, photoshoot and list new apartment supply on the platform.

• Launch supply growth strategies that will enable rapid onboarding of new apartment supply;

• Maintain relationship with existing serviced apartment accounts

• Launch supply growth strategies that will enable rapid on boarding of new apartment supply;

Requirements:

• Conversational in both English and Cantonese

• 2-3 year experience in a business development, sales, property or account management role where they have shown to have led a team or company.
• Candidates with experience in from startups, real estate leasing, hotel development, property development and property development are highly preferred
• Proven experience in launching a company/start-up or product on a similar scale and rapidly grew it business and user base.
• Preference to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
