Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone or in writing independently
- Assist in maintaining daily operation of Customer Relations Management (CRM) including data processing and program logistics;
- Handle ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Secondary level or above;

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience at call center;
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;

Independent, customer-oriented, good telephone manner and communication skills;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Immediate availability is a must.
Working period: from present to June 2018 (around 1 month); 5 day per week; 8.5 hours per day
