The successful candidate will be responsible for overall commercial activities with optimal loadings to maximize revenue and profitability of ANL.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate global and regional tenders;
• Provide analytical and administrative support to the regional office and corporate accounts team in ANL Headquarters;
• Assist on documentation / presentation preparation for meetings with clients;
• Prepare statistics reports of all corporate accounts to well monitor client’s loading performance;
• Handle of the complete tender process and follow up the accounts related issues;
• Update of working procedures and handling of off-tender requests;
• Any other assignment as and when required by the Regional Manager.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in Logistics Management/Business Administration;
• At least 1 year solid working experience preferably in the Liner / Forwarder / Container Shipping Industry;
• Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge;
• Proficient in MS Excel;
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
