Job Description

Responsibilities:

To answer enquiries from customers in relation to the scope of service of the Department
To prepare quotation for clients
To review, check and prepare service required based on the client submitted test requisition
To advise customers of the test requirements and job progress
To ensure that our service is delivered on schedule
To ensure that work is performed in well-kept and safe working environment
To complete the tasks in accordance with the requirements set out in the Quality Manual and Company Operation Procedure

Requirement:

Diploma or BSc in Chemistry or Food Science.
Preferable with 1 to 2 years of Customer Service or sales experience.
Customer oriented, strong communication skills.
Work under pressure, proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Candidate with CTP/ CTP qualification is an advantage.
Immediate available is an advantage.
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
