Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of shipping documents for Asia Countries, including DN, I/E docs, L/C and bank documents
• Update shipment plan, monthly sales result report, payment list and transportation report and report to department head
• Keep track of shipment schedule to ensure prompt delivery
• Coordinate with factories in China                      

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience in shipping fields
• Knowledge in TRADELINK / EC FREIGHT is an advantage
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC & MS office applications
• Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available is preferred
