Job Descriptions:

• Prepare trading contracts and process tenders offer
• Maintain a proper record of original sales and purchase contracts
• Coordinate with different suppliers to collect data and information
• Handle new suppliers/buyers, counter parties’ account opening
• Conduct research on different commodities for ASEAN markets
• Prepare new counter party list and client reports
• Work with overseas colleagues in data collection
• Maintain filing work and update records

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• With 1-3 years relevant experience or above
• Have knowledge in commodity and trading field is preferred
• Good in spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Detail oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
