Duties and responsibilities include:

• Participate in the design and implementation of new network deployments and propose improvements to the existing global network design;
• Ensure proper operation of all networking devices in the Gameloft global network and engage in troubleshooting and resolution of any reported network incidents;
• Maintain the infrastructure while implementing necessary network configuration changes following internal network change-management procedures and policies;
• Participate in improving the existing network operational practices and procedures;
• Document technical procedures, standards, and create and maintain architectural diagrams;
• Propose, document and implement processes for monitoring, auditing, reporting, and support of the Gameloft global network;
• Act as a mentor and a guide for junior network administrators and actively participate in professional development of technical staff;
• Proactively perform network monitoring using available monitoring tools and report and resolve any identified issues;
• Possibility to be part of the oncall 24/7 team.

Skills and Experience

• (Essential) 5+ years’ operational Experience working with large-scale networks
• (Essential) Mastery of layer 2 protocols, routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF), IPSEC & VPNs, HTTP, SSL
• (Essential) Strong experience with Cisco data center networking product lines (e.g. Nexus switches. ASR routers, etc.);
• (Essential) Strong experience low-level network troubleshooting;
• (Essential) Strong experience with data center networking architectures, services and protocols such as load balancing, DNS, reverse proxies, FHRP, NetFlow, etc.;
• (Essential) Ability to work under stress and in a 24x7x365 production environment;
• (Essential) Excellent network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills.
• (Essential) Excellent interpersonal and communication - ability communicate in English
• (Essential) Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills;
• (Asset) Experience with Open Source applications and Linux-based operating systems;
• (Asset) Experience with Software Defined Networks (SDN) and network automation platforms;
• (Asset) Familiarity with data center networking products from Juniper, Arista, Dell/Force10;
• (Asset)Experience dealing with carriers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
• (Asset) Experience with IPv6;
• (Asset) Professional Networking Certifications (e.g. Cisco, Juniper) and/or a degree in computer engineering.
• (Asset) Familiarity with Unix/Linux, scripting in Python, Perl, or shell is desirable
