Job Description
Summary:
We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Project Engineer, to be located in Hong Kong. The position will be responsible for handlingproject support on migration, relocation and software upgrade project
Job Description:
- As a core member in the projects of Windows migration for user date, mail and software
- Develop software applications for Windows platforms
- Prepare incident report and provide suggestion for improvement
- To assist in User Acceptance Test and to ensure the provision of efficient and effective services to both internal and external users
- Carry out hardware Install, Moves, Add and Changes
- Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide simple solutions to customers
- Updating, maintaining inventory records on hardware & software
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance and troubleshooting
- Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
- Fresh graduates with good attitude will also be considered
- On-work training will be provided for less experienced candidates
