Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with Clients / Customers regarding testing enquiries both in written and verbal formats.
- Coordinate with Clients / Customers for non technical issues.
- Timely communication to facilitate resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Record all Customer interactions and maintain Customer Relations Contacts in web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Provide timely and high level quality of customer relations to both external and internal customers.
- Any ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent Customer Service experience (> 5 years)
- A minimum of one year related experience
- Prior experience with web-based CRM platform preferred
- Well organized, detail oriented with good time management skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce system and/or other software for CRM
- Able to handle stressful situation and good analytical skills
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
