Job Description

We require enthusiastic service-oriented people to handle customers’ telephone queries and requests in a professional and timely manner.  You will receive professional training in customer service skills and products that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career.

 The Job: 

  • To support service enquiries and fault reporting via email or online media written communication.
  • To promote the company’s products and services by effective cross-selling practice.
  • To work with the Team and Line Manager for achieving the pre-defined Key Service Indicators.
  • To maintain good customer relationship.
  • To perform shift duties including Saturdays. ( Sunday/PH off )
  • Working Location: Kowloon Bay 

Fresh Graduates will also be considered. 

The Person: 

  • Holders of Certificate / Diploma in Computer / Electronic Engineering or Certified Technical Professionals in related disciplines highly preferable or Form 5 Graduate. 
  • Be proficient to communicate in written English and Chinese by PC or live chat media.
  • Proficient in PC Skills and Chinese word processing.
  • Acceptable level on verbal communication.
  • Open mind and customer oriented behavior.
  • Well organized, hardworking, responsible and willing to work overtime.
  • Be self-initiative and able to work under pressure.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive.
