Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer services to existing and new clients;
• Handle client enquiries;
• Participate in user acceptance tests (UAT) for new products and systems;
• Perform investment trading execution services upon client request;
• Prepare reports for management review;
• Maintain and ensure smooth and efficient operation of front-end systems;
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Business or Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 2 year solid customer service experience in securities firm or bank;
• Good PC skills in Word and Excel;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Responsible, self-motivated and independent;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Manager;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
