Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Commercial Manager to ensure the smoothness of the daily operations;
• Work with the Commercial Manager in collecting and analyzing market information,  report in weekly  basis and have it documented properly;
• Coordinating with other business units overseas in handling customers enquiries and other customer services related issues;
• Assist in organizing and preparing various kinds of reports, agreements and presentations;  
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in any discipline;
• Enthusiasm in pursue career in Shipping / Logistics industry; 
• Flexible, self-driven and able to work under pressure;
• Good communication skills in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel & PowerPoint.
