Job Description

SUMMARY:

To maintain consistently exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience which meets our brand focus. In doing so, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide the highest level of customer service
To handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
To manage and develop own client book
To conduct regular stock checks and assist the annual stock takes

REQUIREMENTS:

F.5 or above
Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium jewelry and watches brands is preferred
Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
Enthusiastic team player, outgoing and friendly personality
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Immediate availability is preferred
