• Diploma or above
• Design competitive retail sales and marketing plans for smooth implementation
• Lead the shops and motivate staff to follow company-designed sales and marketing schemes to achieve company’s business targets
• Manage company’s inventory levels and warehouse policy to ensure optimum stock level in shops
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and have strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude and good team work ethic
• Good PC knowledge and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft office and Chinese input
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a collaborative environment
• Immediate availability or with short notice period is highly preferable
