Responsibilities:

• Handle passengers check in;
• Handle flight reservation and ticketing at airport counter;
• Assist to supervise ground handers to ensure smooth flight operation and on time performance;
• Handle customers’ requests and complaints and provide necessary support and service in a professional manner;
• Handle flight irregularities and arrange all necessary documents as per ticketing sources;
• Handle and consolidate daily cash and credit card receipts;
• Prepare daily and monthly sales report and other relevant monthly reports;
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum1 year of experience in airlines or airport operations.
• Knowledge in airline ticketing and reservation system preferably SABRE.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Tactful in handling customers, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good communications skills, detail-minded, patient, able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently, self motivated and a good team player.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry.
• Willing to perform shift duties at the airport. 
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
