Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle Ocean and Air freight shipment
- Handle customer's enquiries, overseas agent correspondence
- Follow up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
- Coordinate with parties of sales force, operations and accounting
- To perform other duties if required
Job Requirement:
- Form 5 / DSE equivalent or above
- 2-3 years relevant experience in freight (Air and Ocean) forwarding industry
- Good command in English and Putonghua
- Customer oriented with good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
