Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the OpenAirlines Customer Success team, you will:

  • Ensure first level of support for all customers in Asia Pacific region
  • Coordinate with Product and Science teams to specify, develop and follow up customer requests
    Provide consulting services in Fuel Efficiency and Flight Operations
  • Perform and lead training sessions for SkyBreathe Fuel Efficiency software to airline crew members and ground staff
  • Propose and manage continuous improvement projects to optimize client services operations and internal procedures
  • Manage software implementation projects for new customers
  • Support other departments with Simplified Chinese translations for Marketing or Engineering purposes



YOUR PROFILE

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree with a specialty in aeronautics or in civil aviation.
  • Solid knowledge of Flight Operations (experience in the airline industry is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management tools and Customer Support tools (ideally Zendesk)
  • Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum framework
  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Team player, autonomous and curious
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
  • Availability to travel up to 10%
