Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review our customers' profile, recommend related products to our customers, maintain and develop relationship with existing customers.
- Handle customer service on a daily basis, respond to customer questions about products and assist customers to place orders.
- Provide support for after sales activities, such as verify payments, prepare invoices and shipping documents.
- Handle after sales service (complaints, returns, refunds)
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, with at least 1 year working experience. Fresh graduate will be also considered.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel) is essential.
- Detail minded, proactive, highly responsible and well organized.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
