Major Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering quotations and orders in the system, closely communicate with sales/marketing staffs as well as customers and provide clerical support for the team
• Form 5 or above with at least 1 year of order processing experience, preferably in the electronic components industry
• Proficiency in using Microsoft software with emphasis on Excel skills
• With SAP knowledge is definitely an advantage but not a must
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and good spoken and written in English & Chinese is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
