Responsibilities:

• Manage relationship with buying office, agents & factories to ensure products & services are up to demands
• Provide weekly work schedule & sales plan that focus on key accounts & customers
• Prepare regular sales reports for account analysis, identify account issues & form strategies to gain market shares
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendation to customers and management
• Understand market needs and trends, lead and execute plans to capture business across regions
• Take project lead to organize & coordinate with different departments and offshore teams
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• 4 to 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in labelling, packaging & trims industry
• Less proven experience will be considered as sales executive
• Able to work under pressure & independently
• Willing to take challenges, set & achieve goals
• Solid communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Strong sales negotiation, presentation and communication skills 
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin
