Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategy to drive sales and develop business opportunities and new export channels in different countries
• Expand distributor network across the globe
• Manage and administer all related matters and end-to-end process
• Constantly review and monitor performance of overseas distributors to maximize sales revenue
• Handle all related legal & import issues and documents including contract establishment
• Compile sales forecast and sales report and collect market intelligence

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Over 8 years’ solid experience in export trading in F&B industry with proven sales track record
• Familiar with F&B industry and overseas market
• Excellent command of English and Putonghua
• Effective leadership with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Aggressive, self-driven, strong business acumen, resourceful, result-oriented and entrepreneurial
• Numeric and able to work under pressure independently
• Occasional travel may be required
