Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of customer service staff to handle customer enquiries from different channels in an effective way.

• Manage & process daily administrative works to support sales activities.

• Handle, coordinate, investigate and reporting on complaint/warranty cases.

• Recruit, train, coach and motivate CS team, work with them to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures.

• Able to identify, define, plan, execute and evaluate customer service strategies/process to improve quality of service and productivity.
• Drive the Company to service excellence.

• Prepare report & data analysis.

• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ customer service experience with 2 years at managerial level.

• Solid experience in hotline/call center, complaint handling, and process management.

• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles & practices, good leadership and problem solving skill.

• Self-motivated and be able to work under fast pace environment.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skill in English & Chinese.

• Proficiency in MS office applications.

• Immediate available is preferable.
