Job Description
Responsibilities
- Efficiently respond to e-mail or telephone queries in a professional manner
- Manage documentation and sales tools (sales kits, proposals and contracts)
- Assists Sales Team to prepare quotations and tender documents
- Prepare regular sales analysis reports for management
- Co-ordinate with inter-departments’ sales related matters
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales Team
Requirements
- High diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant qualification in sales or marketing
- 2-3 years of sales administration experience is preferred
- Proactive, customer-oriented and good problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
