Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries and provide assistance to accounts on operation matters
• Perform daily operation and provide administrative assistance to related departments
• Follow-up customers status and coordinate meeting schedules
• Coordinate and assist with quotation/invoice/sales presentation and related issues
• Assist sales and marketing activities
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education with Business / IT related disciplines
• With experience in IT service industries
• Strong senses of responsibility, self-motivated and a good team player
• Proficiency PC skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are also welcome. 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
