Daniel Johns Group offers an array of investments products (such as residential & commercial properties, business shares) to investors and communication with these investors is key to the success of our business.  

Job Role: 

•        Co-ordinate the closing of properties and overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement in funds 
•        Collaborate & assist the shareholders on the investments sales process 
•        Build sustainable relationships and trust with investors through open and interactive communication
•        Understand of the legal paperwork and contracts
•        Manage new & existing stakeholder relationships 
•        Meeting buyers and sellers of the properties or developments 
•        Organising the listing of properties or developments
•        Organising exhibitions & seminars with local agents in various locations worldwide.
•       Able to travel abroad such as e.g. UK/ Mainland China 
•       Analyse market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Preferred skills: 

•       The ability to communicate in both English and Cantonese fluently (Mandarin being a bonus)
•       Experience in sales (sales in properties in a bonus)
•      Confident when liaising with clients and key decision makers 
•       Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•       Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
•      Ambitious and driven 
•      Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
•      A commitment to excellent customer service.
•      Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
