• Generating new leads, assisting with team performance objectives and achieving sales activity levels
• Developing long-term relationship with valued customers and achieving high level of customer satisfaction
• Providing professional agency services from pre-sales to after sales to global scale clients
• Conducting market research and analysis
• Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with business associates including advertising agencies, solicitors and property agents in achieving successful sales launch

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in sales of international property industry. Canada, Australia, and Japan properties preferred
• Experience in financial or insurance products will also be considered
• Have a built up client base
• Must be available to work on weekends
• Part-time consultant must be able to work 3 weekdays
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

 Compensation

• Base salary with unlimited commission
