Job Description
- Generating new leads, assisting with team performance objectives and achieving sales activity levels
- Developing long-term relationship with valued customers and achieving high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing professional agency services from pre-sales to after sales to global scale clients
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with business associates including advertising agencies, solicitors and property agents in achieving successful sales launch
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in sales of international property industry. Canada, Australia, and Japan properties preferred
- Experience in financial or insurance products will also be considered
- Have a built up client base
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Part-time consultant must be able to work 3 weekdays
- Hands on knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Compensation
- Base salary with unlimited commission
- Annual paid holidays
- Opportunity to promote to Sales Manager
