咨詢經理 / 移民顧問

工作範圍：
1. 負責跟進客戶需求，與現有客戶維持良好關係；
2. 積極與現有及具潛力的客戶聯繫，按客戶的需求提供合適的建議（公司提供完善的培訓）；
3. 完善客戶資料庫，為二次銷售提供完整的數據；
4. 按公司銷售計劃進行銷售推廣工作；
5. 其他與銷售相關的工作。

入職要求：
1. 專上學院或以上程度；
2. 熱愛銷售工作，願意接受挑戰；
3. 擁有良好的人際溝通能力，擅長表達及聆聽客戶需求；
4. 責任心強、性格開朗、擁有良好團隊合作能力優先；
5. 有房地產、投資移民、金融行業工作經驗者優先;
6. 良好中英文語言能力 (包括普通話)
7. 有銷售經驗或客戶資源者優先。

Relationship Manager / Immigration Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining customers and establishing good relationship with customers;

2. Fully grasp the customers’ needs, communicate and interact with customers, discover the potential needs of customers (professional training will be provided);

3. Customer maintenance: maintain existing customers and maintain good cooperative relations, establish customer information and conduct secondary sales development;

4. Execute sales plan;

5. Other work related to sales.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above;

2. High enthusiasm for sales work, willing to accept challenges;

3. Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and willing to listen to customers;

4. Responsible, cheerful personality and teamwork ability are preferred;

5. Experience in real estate, investment immigration or finance industry is preferred;

6. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

7. With marketing experience or customer resources are preferred;
