Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the Air Freight pipeline across all industry verticlals that are eligble for Adhoc Charter and OBC sales
• Direct and oversee bids and proposals on each specific project by working closely with clients and internal departments
• Process New Adhoc Charter & Emergency Requests, prepare the quotation to internal stakeholders, communicate internal parties, customer and service providers, , issue contract, perform customer order and arrange operational and financial issues together with the department’s administration
• Conduct analysis to propose and develop knowledge of key sucess factors
• Develop sales and pricing intelligence through experiences and case studies
• Hold regular "Adhoc Charter and OBC Intelligence Forums" to develop sales intelligence across the region
• Identify specific solution spots and feedback to the regional product function 
• Maintain and keep the relevant databases up to date such as quote statistics, airline contacts etc.
• In average every second weekend on weekend shifts with respective compensation through day off

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at minimum 8-10 years of relevant sales experience in airfreight forwarding / airlines / brokers
• At least 3 years of extensive experience of driving business in a complex matrix environment
• 5+ years exposure to selling adhoc Charters
• Functional know how on aviation traffic right regulations, cargo aircraft technical parameters(all weight classes), aircraft fleets of cargo carriers and worldwide customs regulations import/export in regards to On-Board-Couriers
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Remains flexible on change in the Duty Roster if needed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong network and relationship building capabilities
• Negotiation & Persuasion Skill
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with tight dead lines
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Willingness to travel
