Job Responsibility:

• To reach the monthly and yearly sales turnover by doing replenishment and new products sell-in.
• To work with company closely for all the sales/operation process.
• To review sales performance
• To monitor the proper execution of visual merchandising standards.
• To improve merchandising at boutique in order to increase the brand exposure.
• To improve knowledge of brand and products
• To co-ordinate joint promotions, regular change of visual, corner renewal/installation with marketing team.
• To work with Logistic team in stock control versus sales by preparing stock forecast reports.
• To collect competitor’s information from the market.
• To communicate with Logistic team about daily delivery schedule.

Job Requirement:

• 3 - 6 years solid experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from high-end luxury retail industry
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Sales-oriented and resulted-oriented
• Excellent customer servicing skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, team player, positive thinking, creative and effective
• High integrity, ethics and values
• Candidate with more experience could be considered as Senior Sales Associate
