Job description

  1. Reports to Chief Operating Officer, develops the company’s service policies, standard and procedure;
  2. Supervise and coach staff in the daily operation of Customer Service Centre, delivering quality services using business technology system, providing product installation and training;
  3. Manage the Customer Service Centre in handling enquiries, complaints and the capturing of appropriate customer feedback;
  4. Prepare the related customer service data, and reports regularly
  5. Lead and motivate staff to achieve goals

 

 Role Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum  years of relevant working experiences in digital industries or related disciplines
  • Experience in customer services and/or call centre
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Communicative in Mandarin required
  • Highly organized self-starter and a team player
  • Proficiency in PC skills and a confident users of corporate business systems
