- Reports to Chief Operating Officer, develops the company’s service policies, standard and procedure;
- Supervise and coach staff in the daily operation of Customer Service Centre, delivering quality services using business technology system, providing product installation and training;
- Manage the Customer Service Centre in handling enquiries, complaints and the capturing of appropriate customer feedback;
- Prepare the related customer service data, and reports regularly
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve goals
Role Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum years of relevant working experiences in digital industries or related disciplines
- Experience in customer services and/or call centre
- Experience in leading a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Communicative in Mandarin required
- Highly organized self-starter and a team player
- Proficiency in PC skills and a confident users of corporate business systems
